In response to a poetry call out 2 animators and I decided to create a film that paid respect to the essential workers of the pandemic. We wanted the film to reflect the huge upheaval we had all experienced by using colour and a wide perspective, peppered with snapshots and close ups. Matilda Hue’s excellent line work, my interest in movement and perspective and Maria’s inking skills lead to a moving synergy.
